These terms cover your use of this website and any design work engaged through it. Booking a call or starting a project means you agree to them.

Scope and pricing

Every project starts with a discovery call where scope, timeline, and a fixed price are agreed in writing before any work begins. Work outside that scope is quoted separately — there are no surprise invoices.

Delivery and revisions

Projects are delivered within the agreed timeline, with progress updates roughly every 72 hours. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds; additional rounds can be added if needed.

Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, you own the final website and its content outright — there is no lock-in. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, embeds) remain under their own licenses.

Payments

Payment terms are set out in your project agreement, typically split into a deposit and a balance on delivery. Late or non-payment may pause work until resolved.

Liability

Work is delivered with care, but Rigel Apex is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the delivered site. Third-party platforms (Framer, Webflow, Cal.com) are governed by their own terms.
